Objectives

TVRI is eager to fight back, settle themselves in the competition and transform to be an appealing brand for the younger generation. TVRI still hold tight the initial spirit to provide reliable information to every houses throughout the country, yet corporate cultural reformation is needed to make it happen.

Challenge

The sleeping giant is need to be awaken, restructuring the internal team and reconstructing the internal believes are their main challenges. TVRI Should be able to leave the old baggage and pursue their new reputation. The internal team should take part in the transformation, then new set of values and corporate culture should be injected.

Solution

A very thorough Brand Development is needed beyond than just Brand Audit, Brand Strategy, Brand Visual, Brand Guideline and Brand Guardianship. DM ID took a further step to support the cultural transformation by providing Brand Engagement session in order to help majority of TVRI team members in 29 cities across Indonesia. The aim of the program is to make sure that the new branding could be implemented on and off screen, touching the simplest behavior and the most important element: the mindset of people inside TVRI
